Lazy

Yes I'm lazy but still alive. I'll find time for this site one of these days…

My laptop died so I'm computer shopping. I'll probably end up getting a Mac but I'll probably have to wait until June or July.

Follow up to Moral Question

George Bush was out jogging one morning along the parkway when he tripped, fell over the bridge railing and landed in the creek below.

Before the Secret Service guys could get to him, three kids, who were fishing, pulled him out of the water. He was so grateful he offered the kids whatever they wanted.

The first kid said, “I sure would like to go to Disneyland.” George said, “No problem. I’ll take you there on Air Force One.”

The second kid said, “I really need a new pair of Nike Air Jordan’s.” George said, “I’ll get them for you and even have Michael sign them!”

The third kid said, “I want a motorized wheelchair with a built-in TV and stereo headset!!” George Bush is a little perplexed by this and says, “But you don’t look like you are injured.” The kid says, “I will be after my dad finds out I saved your ass from drowning!”

ARGH! What a FABULOUS Birthday. Four hours in I find out I need new tires and my check won't clear for another day! I have two bubbles in one and a slow leak in another.

My Current Read

And how do you expect us to do that?

Say what?!
Say what?!

I really don’t understand how he expects the American public to save when wages aren’t rising with inflation. It’s so hard to save when you literally have no choice to live paycheck to paycheck. I’m having such a hard time saving and now I have a possible move on the immediate future and nothing to move with or to help furnish an apartment. With the huge gas prices and general cost of living here it’s next to impossible to save unless I take yet another job. Right now I have two and one I’m the partner in a small business the other is there to pay the bills.

Right now my partner and I have yet to turn a profit but we should soon. Thankfully I can keep it going even if I move since it’s on my laptop. I should know in a week. It’s an amazing job and in a cheaper area to live in but I would really miss seeing my mom all the time. I moved here nearly a year and a half ago after being away from my mom for six years just seeing her when I visited or she came to see me and now I’ll be back at that point. I won’t even be near my Dad who lives on the opposite side of the country. I’ll be about a 10 hour drive from him and a 4 day drive from my mom. That makes me sad. It’s going to suck to not see my mom’s dog everyday too. She’s a little terrier with so much personality. She really lights up a room. I was planning on getting a corgi in the next few months and we were going to let our dogs play together.

Another drool post

Woo! Anyone catch the new episode of The Apprentice? Tarek is all kinds of hot! Orlando Bloom lookalike! I want to talk about the episode but at the moment I’m already running late so I’ll do it when I return.

Ohno!

Anyone else think he looks like former child actor Andrew Keegan (whom by the way is not looking as hot as he used to)?

brrreeeport?

brrreeeport? Definitely an odd word .  Say that five times fast.

Doh!

Oops. I RSVPed for the Tivo Speed Dating event in San Francisco this Monday but it took me 12 hours to remember I have a previous engagement and there’s no way I can cancel to go. Just have to hope the other side cancels.

Evening Joke

A little girl clutching a twenty-dollar bill walked into a pet shop and
asked the proprietor in the sweetest lisp, “Excuthe me, mithter, do you have
witto wabbits?”

The shopkeeper got down on his knees, so that he was on her level, and asked
(imitating her lisp), “Do you want a witto white wabbit, a soft and fuwwy
bwack wabbit, or maybe one like that cute witto bwown wabbit over there?”

The little girl in turn put her hands on her knees, leaned forward and said
in a quiet voice, “I don’ tink my python weawy gives a thit!”
