Been a bit busy the past few days but scored an awesome job interview for the beginning of next week

Okay I have a third post of the night/morning but it’s a positive and happy one and possibly the reason for the insomnia.

I went out to grab a bite last night and stopped at Starbucks on the way home. They were having a holiday party and asked if I wanted one of their holiday drinks and I said I had actually come in for a chai egg nog latte and ended up with a free one! It was a pleasant surprise and nice to save the $3+ I would have spent. It was my first visit to that Starbucks since there’s four within four blocks in that area and I always forget it’s there. I’m still not sure why there are four Starbucks there and two of them are across the street from each other. Seems kind of silly. One of them is in Barnes N Noble, one has been there forever and the last two opened in the last three years. You don’t have to go far to get a fix.

My mood still sucks since my last post and insomnia has set in. I wish my gym was 24 hours since I’d go there in a heartbeat at the moment. Instead I’m surrounded by food. I felt like drawing but couldn’t find my pad of paper. Tried to work on my photography gallery but lost interest within about 10 minutes after making a crappy photo look good. It just sucks. It’s me acting stupid and getting my hopes up once again for something that was the biggest longshot but I had set my heart on it. Things need to change before I lose it.

I worked my butt off at the gym the other night. My legs were killing me so I didn’t go yesterday since I didn’t want to hurt myself but I’m going to try to go as much as I can this month. I had brought along my iPod but found out I didn’t need it as soon as I walked in. Our gym installed TVs at each machine and you just plug in your headphones to a remote on the front. Very handy especially during Primetime which is my favorite time to go.

ARGH!!!!! Not going to elaborate but this just sucks. Had some good things happen today but one thing just made it all fade into the background. Hopefully a week from now I’ll be laughing about it.
