From the people that brought you Moral Question
Got this from the same friend who sent me Moral Question. Look closely.
.
BTW. To those who were attacking me for posting the Moral Question: I would have saved Bush because having Cheney as President is much worse.
Evacuation and Pets
I’d just like to encourage those of you out there reading this to sign this petition which supports The Pets Evacuation and Transportation Standards Act. The first petition got over 85,000 signatures which put this possible bill into action. This would help protect animals in federal evacuation plans. I could never leave my pets behind and no one should have to.
Ha!
With my exam coming up on Wednesday I knew I had a lot of studying to do but kept putting it off. Last time I missed by 1% so it’s obvious I know a good deal of the material. Tonight I pulled out the material again to look it over and it erased every ounce of doubt. I hadn’t looked at it in months and I still know it all well. The only part I screwed up on was the math and finance questions which I need to go over with my stepfather since he needs to teach it to me. Last time I wrote down any formulas I could remember the second I sat down in front of the scrap paper…

With that said…. I’m off to the movies guilt free.
The Corpse Bride
I’m a huge fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas and this movie looks like it’s going to be just as good. Anyone seen it yet in the limited release?
I really need to get myself to the movies. I think the last movie I saw in the theatre was Herbie Fully Loaded while I was babysitting. I guess it’s just more to look forward with my Blockbuster account. Money wise it makes more sense to wait but where’s the fun in that? I definitely haven’t missed annoying people talking through the movies not caring that the rest of us are paying over $9 to hear their conversation. I was about to wring a few necks last summer after two different groups of people decided to yell loudly at the screen every few minutes (and it was a romantic comedy).
Moral Question
Credit to a family friend who sent me this forward knowing I’d like it. I’d give credit to the author if I knew who they were.
If you can’t take a joke don’t bother commenting since they’ll just be deleted.

Moral Question
This test only has one question, but it’s a very important one. By
giving an honest answer, you will discover where you stand morally. The
test features an unlikely, fictional situation in which you will have to
make a decision.Remember that your answer needs to be honest, and spontaneous. Please
scroll down slowly and give due consideration to each line.————————-
THE SITUATION
You are in New Orleans, There is chaos all around you caused by a
hurricane with severe flooding. You are photo journalist working for a
major newspaper, and you’re caught in the middle of this epic disaster. You’re trying to shoot career-making photos. There are houses and people
swirling around you, and disappearing under the water.===============================================
THE TEST
Suddenly you see a man in the water. He is fighting for his life, trying
not to be taken down with the debris. You move closer. Somehow the man
looks familiar. You suddenly realize who it is. It’s the President,
George W. Bush.At the same time you notice that the raging waters are about to take him
under forever. You have two options- you can save the life of the
President, or you can shoot a dramatic Pulitzer Prize winning photo,
documenting the death of one of the world’s most famous men.===============================================
THE QUESTION
Here’s the question, and please give an honest answer…….
Would you select high contrast color film, or would you go with the classic simplicity of black and white?
The end to an uneventful weekend
I was thankful for a nice quiet weekend this… well weekend. Took the dog out to the dog park, did some work, caught up on some things around the house, watched some movies. I caught a movie on OnDemand that I hadn’t seen before but always wanted to, Contact. It was a lot better than I thought it would be and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved how they mixed in archival footage of Bill Clinton to make it seem more realistic.
Argh Telemarketers
This morning I was planning on sleeping late and gotten awoken by a phone call. In a very out of character move I left my cordless phone on my desk and not on my nightstand where it normally is so I actually had to get up and get it.
“Is this Mrs Rogers?”
“Umm, no”
“Then is this the lady of the house?”
“What is this regarding? Are you a telemarketer?”
“No, we’re collecting money for the Junior Police-CLICK”
Argh! If you want to get money out of me don’t call me when I’m most likely still in bed because you’re not getting it and you think now is the best time to be collecting for other organizations? Not really.
First post.
Wow this is very cool. Nice job to the WP Team. Everything is very classy looking, you’ll easily take over Blogger.
